PLATINUM CYCLE CLUB MOTORCYCLE ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE will reimburse you for each of the following 24-hour emergency services: Towing (up to 100 miles), Delivery of Essential Fluids & Supplies, Flat Tire Assistance, and Battery Service. You will also receive up to $500 for emergency trip interruption. Other benefits are Trip Routing, RV Rentals and Rental Car Discounts as well as Lost Key & Lockout Service. All supporting towing companies use flatbed trucks with straps or a cycle carrier - no hooks! The cost to a MOA member is only $26.00 per year and covers up to three motorcycles. Medjet

MOA has teamed up with Medjet since 2006 with its "hospital of choice" medical transfer and motorcycle transport program - having arranged quite a number of successful medevac/repatriation missions and bike returns for MOA members in time of need. The medical transfer program is for personal and business travel - domestically and abroad. Individual and family protection is available for travel involving your motorcycle or not. The membership is very unlike typical travel insurance, business travel accident policies or even certain platinum card benefits. Medjet's motorcycle return program is an upgrade to its annual membership and is for travel in the Continental United States including Alaska, Canada and Mexico. It allows for your motorcycle to be returned to a shop or dealership of your choice if you become injured and unable to ride during a trip or the bike becomes damaged and inoperable due to an accident. Annual Medjet rates are $215 (Individual) and $335 (Family) under age 75. Ask for the motorcycle return upgrade to the BMW MOA plan when calling - it's an automatic question prompt when enrolling online. Smugmug is a photo sharing service where members can post pictures for viewing by friends, family and for including in posts to the BMW MOA Forum. 'MOA members receive a $5 discount when opening an account with Smugmug. For more information see smugmug.com.

AVIS WORLDWIDE RATE DISCOUNT
Avis offers MOA members daily and weekly rates less a 10% discount on rentals returned to the same city. Rentals not returned to the same city receive a 5% discount. Weekend rates are a 5% discount on rentals returned to the same city. Locations offering promotional rates will give you a 5% discount on daily, weekly and weekend rates. International rate discounts range from 10% Latin America, Caribbean, Africa & Mid East, 15% in Asia & Pacific, to 20% in Western Europe.
