The fun must end sometime. If you sent in a 2011 BMW MOA Mileage Contest Start Form, it is time to send in the BMW MOA Mileage Contest End Form. You can download it here, or grab it in the October BMW Owners News.

Some might reflect back on the past six months with "I didn't get out as much as I'd wanted" and not complete the Ending Form - oh please - fill it out, send it in and see what happens. If you rode in: rain, heat, cold, fog, darkness and daylight you deserve to finish, send in your form. Continue your streak of Mileage Contest Finishes or begin a new one.

Good things may happen when you send in the End Form in order to complete the contest. "I opened my email and read that I've won the average women's mileage for the BMW mileage contest, I couldn't believe it, ME? This was my first year as a BMW MOA member and my second year riding" Lori Johnson, 1st year in the contest - sent in both forms and received the Ladies 2010 Average Mileage Award. 

You may be surprised at the outcome. Who knows, your End Form might be the one needed to help your club or state on bragging rights, as your entry is the one that allows them to move up on the list.

Make this the year of the upset and knock off Wisconsin from their perch.
