River Street will again have First Saturday and downtown will be decked out for Christmas for their 2009 Christmas on the River & Lighted Holiday Parade. We'll again have the Saturday night low country boil at the gym a few blocks from the Dunes Inn. Start cooking about 4 or 5 and eating between 6 and 7. There is no cost for anything except what you eat Saturday night at the boil. We hope to keep the price per dinner around $20 but that could change depending on the price of shrimp when we buy them Saturday. SUNDAY: if you get up early enough, you really need to eat breakfast at the breakfast club. It's sort of across the street from the motel.
